This role is responsible for executing key merchandising principles as defined by the organization. In this role you are part of a team responsible for maximizing the sales, profitability & planning of seasonal buying and in-season trading to lead the merchandising strategy for the market.
Accountabilities
Responsible for Assortment planning for the channel in collaboration with CTC team
Support development of in-season range planning and forecasting
Form in-season products tracking framework to drive understanding of product performance
Enter various forms of data into system to support the allocation & order execution, merchandising applications
Identify opportunities and implement process to create efficiencies across channels
Work closely with channel team to meet organization target and objective to meet merchandising best practice
Internal alignment & coordination with key stakeholders to efficiently launch products manage sell thru
Support in analyze data and generating reports such as sell thru / forecast / allocation and key take-aways for the season
Contribute to the development of key merchandising reports
Manage workload and schedule to support and meet all deadlines with accuracy

Experience & Qualification
2-3 Years of overall work experience in Merchandising
University degree or equivalent education required or from NIFT or other Fashion college degree
1-2 years relevant work experience
